At Pearson, we are engrained in the local community

It is the philosophy of Pearson that involvement in community is a vital component to being a good corporate citizen. Several individuals at Pearson serve on local, city, and village councils and committees throughout Southwest Michigan showing individual support in the communities where they live. In addition, employees volunteer time to several civic and industry organizations such as Associated General Contractors of Michigan, Cornerstone Alliance, Rotary Club, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Pearson is committed to providing opportunities for local small, women owned, and minority businesses for projects that it procures bids and quotes. Pearson has been very active in development and support of local contractors and material suppliers.
